Biography van Dio Disciples

A metal tribute to Ronnie James Dio, featuring members of Dio and fronted by two of the few vocalists with the chops to carry this off, will head out on a European tour to pay tribute to the man’s legend. Full details inside. Former Dio members Craig Goldy (guitar), Rudy Sarzo (bass), Simon Wright (drums) and Scott Warren (keyboards) will join forces with former Judas Priest vocalist Tim Ripper Owens, former Little Angels man Toby Jepsom and former Megadeth/Black Label Society bass player James lomenzo will combine forces to form the Dio Disciples and tour Europe in tribute to the Black Sabbath legend’s dynasty. Wendy Dio, who actually announced the band, has said: “There will never be another Ronnie but we want to keep his music alive and hope you will support the band and become one of the Dio Disciples.” Read more on Last.fm.
